GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan — Beginning on January 16, 2023, Fluresh will pause its in-store retail operations in Grand Rapids. Customers will still be able to make curbside and delivery orders online, using the company’s website, Fluresh.com.
During this pause, which is expected to end early April 2023, Fluresh will make significant improvements to its retail environment and processes. As consumers shop online over the next few months, they will see a broadening of the cannabis selection, with a focus on smaller, harder-to-find grow operations. The company will also be showcasing new and unique strains through its Fluresh and Carbon brands.
“When our community walks in our doors, we want to give them the best possible experience,” notes Sarah LaFleur, Vice President of Marketing and Retail. “This in-store pause gives us a chance to slow down and reinvest in our team as well as make some exciting improvements to our physical store. We want to make sure we are delivering the absolute best experience for our customers, community, and team members.”
As part of the reinvestment in operations, Fluresh is adding Brandy Miller as its General Manager of Retail.
