Fighting for Equity and Social Change
The criminalization of cannabis disproportionately affects black and brown communities, inflicting injustice and inequity. Our team has dedicated time, resources, and funding to partners and organizations that are fighting for equality.
We believe that cannabis should be for everyone, and we will continue to work hard and fight for social justice until that’s true. It’s time for us to look towards a brighter future for cannabis, and T.H.C. is ready to help however we can.
Cannabis Entrepreneurship Program
The greatest tool we have in creating cannabis equity is knowledge. That’s why we take so much pride in our Cannabis Entrepreneurship Program. It puts the power of education in the hands of those who seek it. Founded in 2021, this nine-month program gives interested community members a comprehensive education in the cannabis industry.

Mother Earth is essential to the cannabis industry. So, we’ve built our facilities and production around sustainability.
