Building a Better Future Together

Cannabis is a misunderstood plant that has been used as a source of inequity for generations. We know that these problems are not easily corrected, but our team is committed to using our resources for change. As a collective, T.H.C strives to better not only ourselves, but our community, industry, and planet. Our commitment to supporting others through cannabis is something we hold dear and is a core value of our business.

We Fight for an Equitable Workforce

Starting with our own hiring practices, we believe that jobs in the cannabis industry should be available to all who are interested. That’s why the T.H.C. team is comprised of people from all walks of life. We value uniqueness and choose to lead by example.

Beyond our walls, our team partners with local organizations to provide opportunity for those who are interested. We work to help those disproportionately affected by the war on drugs find success in the cannabis industry by hiring those most impacted, and we give extra consideration to applicants directly affected by unjust cannabis regulations. We know that change begins with all of us, which is why we work to give opportunities to all.

We Share Our Knowledge

Knowledge is our strongest tool against inequality in the cannabis industry. The better our community understands cannabis, the more benefit they can receive from it.

We’ve seen cannabis education be the difference in people’s lives, giving them opportunity and a chance to make a positive change in their community. That’s why we started our Cannabis Entrepreneurship Program, a comprehensive education on cannabis made for those who want to take the next step in their cannabis journey.

We Support Those That Support Our Community

We partner with organizations that are making positive changes in our community and industry. By working with partners who support our neighbors, we can share opportunities and use our resources to elevate others, while staying true to our mission.

Some of our partners include:

  • The Diatribe’s 49507 Project
  • The Hispanic Center of Western Michigan
  • LINC UP

If you know a great local organization that you think we could help, let us know! We value the voice of our community and are always looking for new ways to make change.

Organizations We Support

As part of our mission, we support those fighting the good fight for equity and change. That’s why we are committed to working with these organizations who work hard to make the world a better place.
